HOME OFFICE
Our hourly rates for home office services are billed in 15 minute increments. On-site services
have a 1hr minimum charge.
Remote Services
In many cases we can cut response time through our remote
support options. We may be able to connect to your machine,
and see exactly what it is you are seeing. This helps
to save time, which reduces the total cost for the services
you receive.
On-Site Services
When remote services are not an option, we will visit
you on-site. Depending on the nature of the problem,
we may be able to quickly resolve the issue during this
visit. However, in certain cases it may be necessary
for our consultants to take your computer back to the
office, and complete the necessary work. When a consultant
visits you on-site, please make sure to have your OS
(operating system) and Drivers discs on-hand. After
the work has been completed, one of our representatives
will contact you and schedule a time for the computer
to be returned. Best of all, our consultant will hook
your computer back up – at no additional cost,
so there is no need to memorize where each cable connects.

by our certified consultants. Our services include 24/7
proactive monitoring and response, remote and on-site
support, reduced purchasing costs, and more. We include
our IT assessment at no cost for anyone who agrees to
a 1 year commitment.
